What we learned about our business was pretty eye opening, mostly because we found out what we do is actually very simple to explain. We get businesses past their bottlenecks. What exactly does that mean? It means, when a company realizes they’ve spent two years on an IT project and doesn’t have much to show for it and isn’t sure why, they call us. It also means when a department has logged 1000s of hours developing a mobile app, yet has no “app” to show, they call us. And it means when a company realizes they have three weeks of testing to do and no people resources to do it, they call us. Companies call us all the time when they are “stuck” at a point and can’t get past it. Our job is to come in and get them past whatever is causing the bottleneck.
We get you past the bottlenecks. That’s our new tagline and that’s what we do. It’s our story, and we’re pretty excited about it. We believe our new “brand” makes it easy for anyone at our company to answer the question, “What do you do?” and more importantly, enables everyone to understand how Pyramid helps our clients.
